Welcome to Kwick. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Kwick (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Kwick allows individuals and businesses to collect tips, donations, or one-time payments using custom QR codes. There’s no app to download and no hardware required. Just a QR code and an internet connection.

2. Your Account

To use Kwick, you must create an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

3. Payments and Stripe Integration

All financial transactions are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By using Kwick, you also agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Kwick does not store or handle your payment details directly.

4. Fees

We may charge service fees or take a small percentage of each transaction. All applicable fees will be disclosed before you accept a payment or generate a QR code.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Kwick for:

  • Any illegal or fraudulent activity

  • Selling prohibited items or services

  • Harassment, abuse, or misuse of the platform

Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Kwick at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to us or others.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kwick is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
